Drs. Michael and Karen Griffin are both originally from central MA, and were both introduced to chiropractic while playing sports in high school.

Dr. Karen Griffin received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Hartford in West Hartford, CT in September of 2000, and then went on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City, MO in April of 2003. After completing her internship at the Cleveland Chiropractic Health Center, Dr. Karen joined the office of Duke Chiropractic in south Kansas City. In June of 2004, Drs. Karen and Mike returned to the east coast and began private practice at Lakeville Chiropractic in Lakeville, MA. Dr. Karen has advanced training in chiropractic pediatrics, and she has had much success in treating children, infants, and pregnant women. Dr. Karen is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. She is also available to discuss healthy alternatives to conventional hormone replacement therapy, such as nutritional supplements and progesterone creams.

Dr. Michael Griffin received his Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Worcester State College in Worcester, MA in December of 1998. After working in the OT field for some time, Dr. Mike decided to pursue a career in chiropractic. Dr. Mike began his chiropractic studies at Cleveland Chiropractic College, Kansas City in September of 2001. Following graduation in 2004, Dr. Mike completed his certification in Whiplash and Brain Injury Traumatology, sponsored by the Spine Research Institute of San Diego. This program emphasizes the biomechanics of injury mechanisms, the most current knowledge of musculoskeletal disorders, advanced diagnostic methods, and case management of whiplash and related disorders. Dr. Mike is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, as well as the Foundation for Chiropractic Education and Research.

Drs. Michael and Karen Griffin are board certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, and are actively licensed in the state of Massachusetts.
